The was my first year of using Xero software and the help was fantastic in helping to set it up in the way I needed and then proceeded to be very easy to use, my accountant can see my accounts on line through Xero and it makes any decisions about the accounts so much easier as we are both looking at the same thing.

EA Assist introduced me to Xero, an online accounts software package which is simply brilliant. Everything is one place, which is recordable and monitored. Spending a little time on this daily has saved me hours and hours a week! It is so easy. I now have time to direct the business and move it forward. The great thing about this software is anyone can use it, one log in area and can be reached anywhere anytime, so my accounts team can process orders and invoices whilst I am attending meetings with clients. We are very happy with EA Assist. They are incredibly efficient , on time and at an acceptable cost. They have removed all the concerns regarding PAYE and NI and because of this, they are now dealing with our Auto Enrolment Pension Scheme.
EA Assist have been managing our payroll for a number of years. The minimal cost to this valuable service far out ways the time and skills we would need to have to manage in house. The process is smooth, we supply the basic data and EA Assist sort all the PAYE, NI and year end procedures. Any queries and EA Assist are there to help.
We have a large pay run at the end of every week with staff on different pay scales and working different shifts and hours. Once the weekly timesheet is complete we just send it over to EA Assist and leave the rest to the experts safe in the knowledge that the pay run will fulfil all statutory requirements. It requires minimal input from us and frees up our time to focus on sales and the management of the business.
During our time with EA Assist Payroll and Paydashboard we have been impressed with the personal service and support we have received and have found the whole team to be professional, efficient, knowledgeable and they strike the right balance between being a flexible, easy to deal with local company yet having the key strengths necessary to understand our requirements.
With so many staff and such different hours, our payroll was taking longer and longer to sort. When RTI came in and then the workplace pensions we thought our time could be better spent on running the business so we decided to outsource our payroll to EA Assist. The introduction of e-payslips with Paydashboard has made the process even easier for us so we now submit the time sheets and EA Assist handles the rest of the admin role. Staff receive their payslip notification emails and can access at a time to suit them, it saves is printing and posting to those who work out of office hours making it much easier for us to administer.
Its great to know that we just pass on the basic information and EA Assist complete all our statutory obligations, ensuring we pay our people the correct amounts, on time and that we won’t be getting any penalties from HMRC. Rules and regulations change so frequently for small businesses frequently and we don’t have to worry about it, safe in the knowledge EA Assist will ensure we are complaint. Without investing in expensive software and staff training we wouldn’t be able to complete this essential function in house, so outsourcing is the most cost and time effect solution leaving us free to focus on growing and running the business.
